Why you should have a coach, and why I always will

I know I sound like a cliché here already and for that I apologise, obviously as a Coach I want you to invest in a Coach – but it is so much deeper than that. I am in this for the long game, I want to not just see but FEEL the strides that you are taking in your life while being by your side. Its this first initial step I always see, especially with women that is the hardest to take and is what I want to talk about, so thank you for being here.

Coaching is one of the most beautiful journeys that you can take and a chance to really show up for yourself to see your inner potential (or your Inner Power babes!) It is a chance to work with a professional and talk in a safe space to really find the meaning and understanding to your journey. The beauty of the coaching industry is that there really is a coach for everyone, whether you are solely focussed on business, spirituality, relationships, self love, there really is an answer out there that you can grow so much from. I thought it could be really useful to give you a few little tips to find the best Coach for you:

+ Set up a lovely Discovery Call to really see if you have a rapport. This is a two way relationship and if you are handing over money to a coach you want to make sure that you feel comfortable with them.

+ Be really honest with yourself about what you need. If you feel totally lost try to think about WHY you are looking for a coach and remember there is no shame in your why. All feelings and all emotions are always valid.

+ Check that your coach is qualified. In my humble opinion a Coach that has not invested in to themselves to better their practice is perhaps not the person I would invest in. The industry is not regulated so I would always ask where they studied.

+ Think of the value you are getting rather than a cost per session. This is the biggest way to remove the blockage we have about investing in ourselves. I personally invest in a coach and I always will as I want to be pushed to grow and learn, I want to figure out new patterns in my life and ways to unravel the sticky parts.

It really is a beautiful journey and something that I see as a non-negotiable now in my life. My coach is amazing and is always pushing me to be the best coach I can be whilst incorporating my wellbeing expertise for a truly aligned journey.
