It wasn't always this way, infact my arrival to this place was pretty bumpy (sounds familiar I bet?) At the age of 23 I needed extensive surgery on my shoulder which left me in extreme pain. I had physio for 6 months when they suggested I try Yoga, little did I know at that tender age that it would change my life.
I worked in advertising for 8 years, I LIVED the London Life, and at the age of 29 I decided to pack my bags to spend a month in Hawaii doing my Yoga teacher training. I had the cliché social media detox, no alcohol etc - I was on my journey and it truly changed me. Unlike a lot of Yoga Professionals it really wasn't about the poses, it was about the feeling we can create. It was about the Inner Power.
Since then I have trained in Vedic Meditation, Mindfulness and Transformational Life coaching to give you all the tools you need to find your Inner Power too. I cannot wait to celebrate the person that you are, your own enough-ness and hopefully make us all feel less alone.
I know, I cringed too writing that. But I am exactly that and so much more. I built my business, I invested in my company and personal growth and I deserve that title... as do you.

I am incredibly proud and honoured to work as a Sweaty Betty Ambassador: championing women. I am equally as proud of teaching mindfulness to over 4,500 children so far.
Born and bred in Scarborough (or Scarbabdos) I grew up on the beach with my loving family. Not a day goes by where I don't feel grateful and blessed for my roots.

2020, well, its a time isn’t it. Who would have ever thought how this year would pan out? So much time spent at home, no travel, missing out on so many occasions and a global enforcement to finally slow down. I remember sitting down for that impending lockdown announcement (originally for 21 days, little did we know) and thinking how will I get through this?
I had an interesting conversation with my client recently that I wanted to share. I was teaching and asked her to think of a positive affirmation to keep her grounded through the practice: as this is something that I am trying to do in my own self-practice rather than solely setting an intention, it feels stronger to me.
