I have said this before, and I will say again: with Meditation we have no expectation, every single day is different and how powerful is that. I create a safe space to hold in depth Vedic Meditation sessions where we can curate a journey of stillness and peace together. My modern and accessible approach has turned the biggest sceptic towards a Meditation practice and for that I am incredibly humbled.

I adore spreading my message to as many people as I can every single day, and one of the ways I love this the most is in the workplace. Invite me into your company to create an impact and a thought process that is perhaps neglected in high pressure working environments. I work with Tech and AI companies every week with employees who have a high cognitive workload and need mindfulness to perform.
